What is Chronic Stress?

Are you stressed, suffering from chronic pain, anxiety, depression, fears, phobias, trauma, or any other physical or emotional pain?

 

If you have tried everything to heal, and spent money and time trying to feel better, and nothing has helped, it is more than likely that chronic stress is behind your condition.

Chronic pain, automimmune illness, anxiety, and other conditions are often results of limbic system impairment - a maladaptive stress response caused by the brain in order to protect us from harm. This chronic stress loop disrupts your body's natural balance, weakens immunity and contributes to physical and emotional pain.

Embodied is a home-based neuroplasticity program designed to help you stop this chronic stress loop, which  stems from unconscious beliefs, trauma and blocked emotions.

This course combines backed scientific knowledge, nervous system regulation, self-inquiry and somatic awareness and movement to help your body and mind integrate, heal and transform. It also uses yogic philosophy and EFT to bring you closer to discovering your true Self.
